1. Media Player Content Disclaimer (No Bundled Content)
WumeTV is strictly a general-purpose media player application. Neither WumeSoft nor WumeTV provides, hosts, includes, distributes, sells, or endorses any television channels, video-on-demand (VOD) libraries, media streams, or M3U/Xtream Codes playlists. WumeSoft has no affiliation with any third-party IPTV or media provider.
Users must supply their own content and are solely responsible for ensuring they hold the necessary legal rights and permissions to stream or access any playlists or media URLs configured in the application.
2. Software License & Acceptable Use
WumeSoft grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use WumeTV on compatible Android TV, Google TV, Amazon Fire OS, and Android mobile devices in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute modified APKs, or abuse WumeSoft cloud synchronization endpoints.
3. WumeTV Pro Subscriptions, Vouchers & 7-Day Refund Policy
WumeTV offers a free standard tier and optional WumeTV Pro upgrades (Monthly Pass, Annual Pro, and Lifetime Elite) that unlock advanced player software capabilities (such as 4-Screen Multi-View, 5-Device CloudSync, Auto Frame Rate matching, and Offline Mobile Downloads). Paying for WumeTV Pro unlocks software features only and does not include any media content or channels.
